This course applies to all staff that work in hospitality organisations that run a bar, including hotels, restaurants, clubs, cafes and wineries.

Covering setting up and bar display, setting up your work area, taking customer orders, processing payments, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, glassware and bar etiquette, bar duties, hygiene and appearance.

This training will be delivered and assessed by Coates Hospitality Services, trading as Australian Training & Consulting (ATAC) – RTO ID 90886. Statements of Attainment will be issued to students assessed as competent by ATAC.

Please bring current photo ID with you on the day.

Pre-requisite
Students must be 18 years or older, hold a current RSA and bring this to the course. All other pre-requisites will be delivered as part of the current content.

Assessments are made against units of competency.
