CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing Specialisation

This qualification replaces CHC30212 Aged Care, CHC30312 Home & Community Care and CHC30408 Disability.
This qualification reflects the role of workers in the community care and/or residential facilities who follow an individualised plan to provide person-centred support to people who require support due to ageing, disability or other reasons. To complete this qualification, students must complete at least 120 hours of work experience in a residential aged care facility to allow all competencies to be assessed on-the-job.
