RAMHP - Volunteer Wellbeing

The Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (RAMHP) provides education and training to individuals, communities and service providers aimed at supporting and linking community members to mental health support.

Want to learn how to support volunteers in your organisation? Perhaps you’re a volunteer yourself. This one-hour session will provide you with information about:

  • mental health, well-being and stress;
  • how to identify stress;
  • how to talk with volunteers about stress;
  • strategies to help reduce stress.

Who can attend: volunteers; interested community members; groups; and organisations.
