RAMHP - Workplace Support Skills
Workplace Support Skills training provides participants with the skills and knowledge to deal effectively with clients experiencing stress, to minimise the negative impacts of their own experiences with clients, and to identify when to seek further assistance. Participants learn how to look after their own mental wellbeing, recognise when a colleague, friend or family member may be struggling with their mental health or may be at risk of suicide, and how to seek and provide appropriate help.
