Gunnedah local Fiona Knapman works as a Business and IT trainer/assessor at Community College Northern Inland. Her professional background includes many years acting as managing director in her family cropping company near Gunnedah, and nine years' experience working in local businesses. Fiona holds a Diploma in Business but it was her recent completion of the GROW Training Workshop for Women in Agriculture that got her thinking about sharing her knowledge and skills by delivering business training locally. Fiona completed the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment in 2019 and is now a much-valued member of the Gunnedah Community College team.

Fiona has an appreciation of the wonderful lifestyle and opportunity that living in a rural community can bring whilst also being familiar with the hardships and challenges faced by local businesses and people on the land.
